Applications Process

for 2025-2026 Scholarship Grants

Check back in November 2025 for the 2026-27 application process.

Scholarships grants are awarded annually to qualified Greater Cleveland women ages 25 or older enrolled in a four-year degree-granting program or graduate program. The Scholarship Committee selects recipients based on maturity, academic record, promise, goals, and financial need. Send inquiries to ccwscholarship@gmail.com if your question is not answered below. CCW is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that funds the scholarships solely through members’ contributions to our Scholarship Foundation. The application process and contact information can be found in the forms below. Applications must be completed by March 16, 2026. The College Club Scholarship Committee will conduct interviews with candidates in May 2026. Recipients will be announced within a few days and invited to our scholarship banquet on June 10, 2026. Grants will be distributed starting in the summer of 2026.

 CHECKLIST for the 2026 Application Process ( in Word or PDF.)

• Completed online portion of the application, or use the embedded form below or at bit.ly/ccwscholar26.
• OR use a hard copy of the CCW Scholarship Application Form 2026 in Word  or PDF form. If possible, fill out the online form, except for financial information, essay, and terms of agreement form pages, which are available separately below and must be mailed via USPS.
• Download the financial form, which includes the essay and two recommendation forms available below or here. CCW Scholarship Financial Form 2026 with Checklist in Word and PDF version
• Complete and mail via USPS the financial information form and essay portion of the application, which includes a copy of your 2024 income tax return with Social Security numbers removed. (Or if unavailable, your 2024 return and 2025 W2s.)
• Sign and return Terms of Agreement form which is the last page of the financial application.
• Requested all official transcripts be sent via USPS mail or email.
• Request two letters of recommendation to be sent via USPS or emailed using the CCW Scholarship Recommendation Form 2026 in Word and PDF version
